Yes — the core app is free. You can browse host cities, explore teams and groups, and access featured country stories at no cost. Additional Story Packs and exclusive content may be available as in-app purchases as we expand closer to kickoff.

A Story Pack is a deep dive into a nation’s culture — football history, food, music, diaspora communities near host cities, and more. Our first Story Pack features Haiti: Les Grenadiers. More nations will be added leading up to World Cup 2026.

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and we’ll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those to log back in directly.

Go to Profile → Privacy & Data inside the app and select Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, favorites, and all associated data. If you need help, email us at hello@rootsofglory.app and we’ll handle it within 48 hours.

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t help, check that you’re running the latest version from the App Store. If it’s still not working, a full reinstall resolves most issues. If the problem persists, email us at hello@rootsofglory.app with your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
